Absolutely Amazing Quality!

First off, let me just say that Andrei has been an absolute pleasure to work with from day one! From the demo to the install, every step of the way was made hassle free. Andrei is prompt in his responses and he and his crew show up to get the job done, unlike many companies these days. He is dedicated to ensuring you make the best flooring choice possible and also in making the install process as easy as possible. The demo was super clean and we were impressed with the cleanup afterwards. Even after the floors were installed, Andrei continue to check in to make sure the floors were to our liking and to also check that there were no concerns. As with any wood floor install, there will be chips in the wood during install. These were minor and when I contacted Andrei about a few small chips in the wood he promptly came out within several days to repair the spots. About 2 weeks after they finished, I contacted them about several spots on the floor where there was some leftover adhesive. Within 3 days Andrei had his team stop by to clean the floors. Absolutely amazing quality! Andrei and his crew pay close attention to detail and makes sure it is to the highest standard. Out of all contractors I've worked with, Andrei proved to be the best! Trust me when I say that you won't be disappointed having your floors done with these guys! They truly do care and take pride in their work.

Andrei and his team did an amazing job installing white oak engineered hardwood flooring at my house. The Legno Bastone product is truly of the highest quality, with a natural hard wax finish and all the boards were of a long plank length. We don't have baseboards, so the team cut into the drywall to make for a seamless look. They also had to pour self leveling compound to bring up the height of the floor to match the existing tile. The installation work is perfect, level, no gaps, no squeaks. I would highly recommend them and would use them again myself in a heartbeat. One note that I wish I knew beforehand is that cutting into the drywall generates a lot of dust - should have been obvious to me, but I'd recommend moving out items that you don't want dust on, especially in closets.
